Important Information to Know:
Information About In-Office & Telehealth Appointments
For in-office visits, please call us at 865-276-2777 for an appointment. We also offer telehealth appointments for your convenience, offering same- and next-day appointments. For a telehealth appointment, schedule your visit online.
Learn About Safe, Easy, & Convenient Telehealth Appointments
A telehealth appointment is similar to an in-office visit, but instead of seeing your doctor in person, you speak through video chat. Telehealth appointments are intended only for non-urgent/non-essential medical issues. The benefit of telehealth, of course, means you do not have to come into the office and can speak to your physician in the comfort of your own home or any location of your choice. This also limits potential exposure to other patients in the waiting room who may have an airborne infection.
Most of our providers are available for
telehealth appointments. At Tennessee Urology, we are a team – all of our providers will
have full access to your medical records and history and will deliver
superior care. Eligibility varies depending upon the type of visit and
your insurance coverage. Please note: You must be in the state of Tennessee
to participate in a Telehealth Appointment.
