In private practice since 1990, primarily in south Baltimore and Howard County, Dr. Langer treats all aspects of adult urology. He has a special interest in erectile dysfunction and is experienced in prosthetic surgery, minimally invasive therapy for benign and cancerous prostate disorders in men, and also specializes in female voiding dysfunction and incontinence.
In 2019, Dr. Langer performed his 200th UroLift procedure, a significant accomplishment on behalf of his patients living with BPH/enlarged prostate. In 2020, he was named a UroLift Center of Excellence, recognizing that Dr. Langer has achieved a high level of training and experience with the UroLift® System and demonstrated a commitment to exemplary care for men suffering from symptoms associated with Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH).
