Dr. Jason Smith is a urologist with a particular interest in treatments for BPH, Stone Disease, Erectile Dysfunction, Urinary Incontinence, Urologic Cancers, and Peyronie's Disease. He also specializes in Urolift, Bipolar TURP and iTIND for BPH, Botox and Sacral Neuromodulation for incontinence, Stone treatments, and Xiaflex for Peyronie's Disease.

Prior to joining Chesapeake Urology, Dr. Smith spent 8 years in a private urology practice in Western Pennsylvania, followed by 4 years at Atlantic General Hospital in Berlin, Maryland, where he served as the Director of Urology.

Dr. Smith received his Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Westminster College in New Wilmington, PA, before attending Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Philadelphia, PA for medical school. He completed an internship at Mercy Catholic Medical Center in Darby, PA followed by a surgical and urological residency at Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia, PA.

As member of the American Urological Association (AUA), American Osteopathic Association, and American College of Osteopathic Surgeons, Dr. Smith has been published in the Journal of the American College of Surgeons as well as Renal and Urology News.
