Cindy Martinez, FNP-C is a Family Nurse Practitioner at the Blackhawk office. Her area of interest is men’s health. Prior to joining Arizona Urology Specialists, Cindy was a pediatric bedside RN for 7 years and an outpatient family practice RN for 6 years.

Cindy graduated from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, AZ with a Masters of Science in Nursing - Family Nurse Practitioner.
