Christy L. Hogue, DNP, APRN, FNP-BC, is a highly experienced Doctor of Nursing serving patients at the Blackhawk office of Arizona Urology Specialists. With a diverse background in healthcare, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her practice.

Before joining Arizona Urology Specialists, Christy gained extensive experience as a nurse practitioner in both Family Practice and Pulmonology, where she provided comprehensive care to patients with a wide range of acute and chronic conditions. Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, she worked as a registered nurse in a specialized burn center at a hospital, where she cared for critically ill patients with complex wounds and burn injuries.

In addition to her medical career, Christy is a proud veteran, having served in the U.S. Army for 10 years. Her military service instilled in her a strong sense of discipline, resilience, and dedication—qualities that she carries into her patient care today

When it comes to Christy’s care philosophy she takes a more holistic approach, emphasizing education so patients have all the information required to make care decisions.
