About This Provider
Dr. Kletscher specializes in the care of patients with kidney stone disease and also has a special clinical interest in the use of lasers in urologic surgery and in prostate cancer treatment. He has extensive expertise in kidney stone surgery as well as medical management of stone disease. He also treats men with BPH/enlarged prostate with minimally invasive therapies including UroLift and Rezum therapy.
He serves as the Medical Director of the Kidney Stone Treatment Center at St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center as well as Chief of Urology at Banner Good Samaritan Medical Center. Under his leadership, Banner’s urology program was recognized by U.S. News and World Report Magazine as one of the 50 best urology programs in the United States, the only urology program with such recognition in Arizona.
He has also been named a Phoenix Magazine “Top Doctor” in 2003, 2005 – 2009, 2015, and 2019.
Dr. Kletscher enjoys spending his spare time with his family. He has been a member of the Board of Elders at his church for the last six years and has also spent 10 years as a volunteer youth soccer coach and team manager for a local youth soccer club.
